TONY – Second post, as it won’t let me review twice. Had an issue with my lower oil pump chain. Needless to say it was bad. Had to replace the engine. Scott not only accommodated me immediately he found me a new BMW engine at an AMAZING price. He helped me replace things little by little. After that he replaced the thermostat for next to nothing. I complained about it ifdlig rough and just not driving like it used to. Scott recalibrated everything!!!!!! It runs great!!! I gave the second review a few weeks as an engine change is now small thing. Needless to say I have more work planned and will continue to use Scott!!!!! I was supposed to write this review two weeks ago but time caught up with me. Scott is honest and logical. I’m at 115k and looking for a partner to keep my 528 alive and well into the 200k’s. What I didn’t need was BMW throwing all these “immediate” repairs at me. Scott put together a plan to “maintain” the car in appropriate fashion. Replace and fixed what is needed at a time. And replace what makes sense when going into the car. And no ridiculous markup like the dealerships. Loved that he made time on a Saturday since I live in Reunion. I’ll make the drive to see Titan. Thanks guys!!!
VALDA – Brought a 2008 535xi in due to two burned out “halo” lights and one day daylight running light. Scott replaced for literally half of two other quotes. Two weeks later we brought the car in as the Turbos failed to kick in. Scott ran diagnostics and identified the part that failed. At that point he told us that BMW offered an extended 10 year warranty on that particular part and suggested we go to a BMW dealer and have the work done there under warranty. An honest, ethical businessman. Titan is awesome!
PEYTON – I took my BMW X3 into Titan Auto a couple months ago. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly. My car is still running great!! I highly recommend and will only take my car to Titan Auto.

ERIC – I took my BMW X5 to Scoot to install a hitch receiver. He answered the phone and asked the vehicle info and said he would call me right back with a quote. 5 minutes later he called and said he could get it done tomorrow. I liked the price and being a local business I felt it was worth it to support him. He was able to complete the job in less time than he originally estimated. 2 thumbs up on him and his business.
LORA – I took my 2009 VW bug to Titan Auto Tech on the recommendation of another mechanic who work on my previous American car. (that speaks volumes ) I’ve had my car serviced by Scott twice since and have been VERY happy with the quality of the work done and the price of the services. Scott replaced a window regulator and a headlight. The work was completed the same day that I dropped my car off and the cost of both repairs was well under what I paid for the same repairs at a dealership and a competitor! As a single woman it’s very important to me to have a reliable and honest person maintaining my car. I’ve found that in Scott at Titan Auto Tech.

Scott Warren is shown as a BMW Master Technician so I decided to give him a call and set an appointment. What I really appreciated was that Scott not only is knowledgeable but with the car on the lift he gave me a tour underneath and went over my car in detail. This was a first for me as most dealers won’t let you near their work areas. His bids for work to be done are complete and I believe very fair.
